Wellness Approach

Our wellness approach is based on the Hettler Six Dimensions of Wellness Model. The dimensions include physical, emotional, intellectual, social, occupational, and spiritual aspects of health and wellness. A key to this framework is that all of the dimensions are integrated into a holistic view of self and a change in any one dimension effects changes in all dimensions. For example, stress can cause distress in the emotional dimension, which can have an adverse impact on physical health and well-being.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to empower our clients to be responsible for their own health and wellness by providing education and individualized programs that emphasize whole foods nutrition, appropriate use of supplements, exercise, and stress management techniques. We are wellness coaches and not physicians or medical doctors so it is essential to review our health recommendations with your personal physician or health practitioner. We believe in integrative health and acknowledge that complementary care is not a substitute for medical care.
